Some websites are simply being set up to hijack search result clickthroughs from other legitimate websites or blogs. The technique appears to be mostly occurring through the copying of sitemap feeds from legitimate websites & blogs. It is undoubtedly being used by some unscrupulous SEO sites.
Google should monitor this problem & where it is occurring there should be demoting or banning of the offending page(s) or site(s).
